Mashrafe to play in Legends Cricket League

Mashrafe will play in Legends Cricket League. Legends League Cricket (LLC) is starting again in September this year. Former Bangladesh captain Mashrafe bin Mortaza will take part in this year’s event.

In addition to the Tiger star, former India spinner Harbhajan Singh, former Caribbean wicketkeeper-batsman Dinesh Ramdin and his compatriot Landel Simmons have been confirmed by the organizers.

Raman Raheja, co-founder and chief executive of Legends League Cricket, said they have already received the green signal from Mashrafe-Harbhajan.

He told the Indian media in this regard, ‘Harbhajan, Mortaza, Simmons and Ramdin have been confirmed to play. They are all international cricket legends. They will definitely add a different dimension to the second season of the league.

If all goes well, the former cricketers’ tournament will be held on September 20. Then on October 10, the Legends Cricket League will be screened with a grand event.

Former England captain Eoin Morgan is also expected to play in this year’s event. The World Giants, led by Darren Sammy, won the title by defeating the Asia Lions by 25 runs in the first edition of the tournament.
