BCB president Nazmul Hasan also hinted at a change in the coaching staff after a meeting with T20 captain Shakib Al Hasan and the cricket management department at the BCB office in Mirpur Shere Bangla Stadium today, ‘We are not strong in T20. He also said that an official announcement will be made in this regard within the next two days. This wait is actually for Domingo to come to Dhaka. He is scheduled to arrive in Dhaka tomorrow from South Africa.
He will sit in the meeting with the officials of BCB’s cricket management department the next day. BCB wants to make an official announcement about the Asia Cup by informing him about their thoughts.
If this plan of BCB is implemented, two people can be the head coach of the national team depending on the version. Jamie Siddons in T20s and Tests and Domingo in ODIs. But that also depends on Domingo’s acceptance of this new decision. If he does not accept that, maybe BCB will have to think about the head coach.
