But Mosaddek is also considered by the management. Although irregular in the team, he is well respected as a captain in domestic cricket. Beside the name, there are titles of Dhaka League and BCL. As the team is in Zimbabwe, BCB is not giving any instructions about the captaincy from the country. Jalal Yunus, director of BCB and chairman of the cricket management committee, said that the team management will select the captain in the last match. Lytton has captained before. He has experience. Mosaddeq is a regular captain in domestic cricket. He can also be considered. Whatever decision comes, it will be taken by the team management.
However, team sources have confirmed that Bangladesh will enter the series-deciding match on Tuesday under the leadership of Liton, who performed well with the bat in two matches. BCB has no plans to play any new captain for now.
