The Bangladesh Cricket Board is sending 5,000 packets of dry food and other necessities to the flood victims in Sylhet and Sunamganj.

Each packet contains about 9 items. Each packet contains 2 kg chira, 1 kg murdi, 1 kg molasses, half a kg dates, 2 gaslights, 10 candles, one box of food saline, 2 packets of biscuits and 1 bottle of mineral water. Food packing is going on at the BCB building in Mirpur. From there, trucks are being loaded and sent to the flood-affected areas.

BCB chief executive Nizamuddin Chowdhury Sujan said, “The board director we have is Nadel Chowdhury. We have talked to him, the board president has instructed us to keep in touch with the families of all the players we have. It’s not just those who are with our national team, I try to be by the side of those who are involved in my cricket every time. Of course, I will stay this time too. ”

The people of the country are appreciating the initiative of BCB with the help of flood-affected people in these difficult times of the country. The decision by the BCB, the world’s third-largest cricket board, is expected to meet the demand for relief supplies.
